If your payment card uses another currency, your card issuer or payment provider may apply exchange rates or currency conversion fees. These fees are determined by your card issuer or payment provider and are not controlled by Vouchype.

Digital gift cards, vouchers, and digital products are delivered electronically via email and/or customer account after successful payment processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on payment verification, fraud prevention procedures, product availability, supplier processing times, and system availability.

8. Redemption and Usage

Customers are responsible for correctly redeeming and using their purchased products according to the instructions provided by the issuing brand.

Redemption availability, regional restrictions, and service quality are determined by the respective product issuer and may be subject to change without notice.

9. Restricted and Prohibited Jurisdictions

Vouchype complies with applicable sanctions laws, export control regulations, payment network rules, and trade restrictions.

We do not provide products or services to countries, territories, individuals, or entities subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, export controls, or other legal restrictions.

Orders originating from prohibited or restricted jurisdictions may be rejected, cancelled, or refunded at our sole discretion.

We may also refuse transactions that are flagged by our payment provider, fraud prevention systems, supplier checks, or compliance screening.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of gift cards, vouchers, and digital products:

• Once a digital code, voucher, activation key, or redemption information has been delivered, the product is considered delivered.
• Digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery.
• Refund requests may only be considered if the product has not been delivered, redeemed, activated, or used, and where required by applicable law.

11. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

However, by purchasing and requesting immediate delivery of digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

12. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, you should contact our customer support team before requesting a payment dispute or chargeback.

Most issues can be reviewed through our support process, including order status questions, delivery issues, incorrect email details, refund requests, or product-related concerns.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Vouchype reserves the right to provide order records, payment confirmations, digital delivery records, redemption status information, customer communications, IP address records, fraud screening results, account activity logs, and any other relevant evidence to the payment provider, card issuer, acquiring bank, or relevant authority.

Fraudulent, abusive, or invalid chargeback claims may result in cancellation of future orders, account restrictions, refusal of service, or other actions permitted by applicable law.

Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel the underlying purchase agreement or create a right to refund where the digital product has already been delivered, redeemed, activated, or used.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Resell products without authorization.
• Attempt to interfere with platform operations.
• Use fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or abuse digital product codes.
• Use Vouchype from prohibited or restricted jurisdictions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouchype shall not be liable for:

• Third-party service interruptions.
• Brand or issuer restrictions.
• Regional redemption limitations.
• Incorrect customer-provided delivery information.
• Delays caused by payment verification or fraud checks.
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, website design, and software, is the property of Vouchype, Agovenzi Limited, or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
